Our Approach
Discovery
We conduct an initial engagement, typically through a 30 to 45 minute call to outline the general needs and scope of the project, deliverables, timeframes, budgets, etc. After the call, if we believe we are a good fit we will conduct a more comprehensive Client Needs Assessment survey to better understand your goals, priorities, and needs.
Proposal Development
After you send back the Client Needs Assessment, we begin analyzing your feedback and build our engagement proposal which details the project outline, deliverables, and our professional fees.
Approval & Signature
Once approved, the contract and initial deposit invoices are shared. We can only progress when these have been signed, paid, and filled out.
Engagement Cycle
Once we receive the signed contract and initial deposit we will set a date to begin our engagement cycle. When our start date is set, we will send a project timeline and plan for the course of the engagement.
Delivery & Feedback
Depending on the nature of the engagement, deliveries may happen throughout or at the end of the engagement. We will be in persistent contact with you throughout our time together. We engage with you at touchpoint, milestones, and delivery points throughout our engagement cycle. We will conduct a final meeting at the end of our engagement for discussion, feedback, and sign-off. At which point, the final payment will be due.
